I'm a passionate movement coach with a diverse athletic background. I played floorball for 13 years, and later discovered my passion for martial arts – with three years of intensive Muay Thai training and a special experience: I trained Kung Fu directly with Shaolin monks in China. This time had a lasting impact on my perspective on body, mind, and discipline.
In my training, I combine functional fitness with the inner poise and body control of martial arts. My approach is holistic: I'm not just concerned with strength or endurance, but with quality of movement, mental strength, and sustainable development.
I work with people who don't just want to be "fit," but who truly want to improve themselves – physically and mentally. Whether they're beginners, athletes, or someone who wants to rediscover their physical intelligence – I tailor training to their individual needs. No rigid plans, but customized sessions with a focus on technique, body tension, and conscious movement.
