Since 2020, I've been passionate about fitness – not because I started out perfectly, but because I was severely overweight myself. My personal transformation and entry into the fitness industry were primarily motivated by the multitude of misinformation I encountered back then. Today, my mission is to work with sound knowledge and a clear, scientifically based approach – far removed from outdated training methods from the 80s, which unfortunately are still often part of traditional training programs.
My training philosophy is based on current studies and modern training science. Instead of short-term crash diets, I rely on sustainable lifestyle strategies to create a healthy balance. The training itself is goal-oriented, effective, and focused on quality and intensity.
Through my own injuries and working with athletes, I have also gained valuable experience in the field of rehabilitation and remobilization. I offer an honest, no-bullshit approach – individualized, clear, and tailored to your goals.

My journey began with self-training, independently, with clear goals and steady progress. Through this personal experience, I developed not only a passion but also a deep understanding of what works in the long term.
My first professional step took me to PureGym, where I worked as a fitness trainer and gained valuable practical experience supporting a wide variety of clients. I then completed training as a fitness specialist and deepened my knowledge in the areas of training planning, rehabilitation, nutrition, and coaching.
This combination of theory and practice enabled me to provide targeted and structured support for even complex training goals and special requirements – such as the reconstruction after a knee injury at A-League level.
In addition to my work in the studio, I continue to offer intensive 1:1 training – even outside of the traditional framework. The programs are flexible, individually tailored, and based on realistic, sustainable progress.
I now work as a Club Manager at PureGym, leading a team and responsible for the training quality throughout the entire studio. At the same time, I stay on top of my personal and professional development through continuous training and direct interaction with people who want to achieve more.
