My name is Leonhard Kick. I'm from St. Gallen, and I'm a passionate, multi-certified fitness trainer. I have several years of experience as a fitness instructor and trainer in the strength and endurance training rooms at the Kantonsschule am Burggraben and as a group fitness instructor at a gymnastics club. I value a healthy and active lifestyle and enjoy participating in various sports myself, including strength training, yoga, and Thai boxing.
A good body image, energy, and health are the basic prerequisites for a fulfilling and happy life. Studies have shown that people with more self-confidence, energy, and vitality are much more likely to achieve their dreams and goals.
